Shipping Information



General Information

UPS and FEDEX don't ship or move your packages on weekends or holidays. When counting the days for an expected delivery, don't include the day a package shipped, any weekend days, or any holidays.

For example, if an in stock order is placed on a Friday (non-holiday) before 1 PM central time, requesting Next Day Air shipping method. The order, for most in stock items, should ship that Friday and arrive on the following Monday (weather permitting and presuming it isn't a holiday).        

Another example, a 2nd Day Air order is placed on a weekend or a holiday. It would ship on the next business day (non-weekend, non-holiday). If, in this example, the order was placed on Saturday and Monday is a holiday then the order would ship on Tuesday and should arrive on the following Thursday. Product Availability

We try to ship the same day if the order is received early enough (usually before 1 PM central time) but most orders ship within 24 hours except when placed late on Fridays, weekends, and holidays. If an order isn't available or isn't going to ship within 24 hours you will be notified ASAP by email if the email address is provided accurately.


Shipping Methods & Transit Times

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is the carrier that we use the most but all other methods are available including FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and UPS Ground & Air. Priority Mail is usually the most affordable method for lightweight items. You will always have the opportumity to see your actual charges before you submit your order .

If you have a preference for your order we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. In many cases an order might actually ship via Fedex or the Post Office when you requested UPS if, for instance, we have already had a daily pick up by UPS but another carrier is still able to get your order out that same day. In no case will your order ship by a slower method than shown at the shopping cart or otherwise agreed to. Also, your shipping charges will not be more than agreed to by you at checkout

   Orders received by 1 PM central time will usually ship that same day but, if a specific delivery time is critical to your plans, please contact us to verify availability and ship times. If an item is not available, we will try to inform you as quickly as possible by email. We take pride in the fact that 99% of all orders received by that time have been shipped the same day


Shipping Restrictions

UPS, Fed Ex, and carriers of that sort will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. An order requesting delivery to a PO box or APO, FPO address should choose USPS Priority Mail service

    Also, UPS, Fed Ex, and carriers of that sort will not deliver without a contact telephone number, so be sure to include a contact phone number with your order.

Shipping Charges

You will see the total shipping charges before you authorize the billing to your credit card and you will also have the opportunity to go back and change the method of shipping as often as you want to see what each method will cost you.

 Only when you are satisfied with the method and authorize the charge will you be billed. At any time through the shopping cart process you can cancel the order. Even after the order has been placed but before the product has been shipped we will be glad to cancel the order for you, no questions asked.

You can always determine the cost of shipping an order without giving any personal information besides your zip code. To see the shipping options and shipping cost for an order:

  1. Select the item or items you want to order by clicking the  "Add To Cart" button near the item;

  2.  You will then see a new screen that shows the quantity, cost, and images of the items you want shipped to you. Click the "Calculate Shipping" link on the right side of the screen

  3. A box will appear that shows your shipping options with radio buttons to the left. Choose the shipping method you want, enter the "ship to" state and zip code. You then click "Calculate Shipping" link in lower left cornerr.

  4. The shipping charges for the chosen shipping option will then appear. The screen will also allow you to "View Other Rates"  for alternative shipping options. You can then enable the appropriate radio button for your shipping method preference by clicking "Choose" or "Cancel".


  • You can also call customer service at 1-844-803-2195 7 AM to 7 PM, Mon - Fri. and 10 AM to 6 PM weekends and holidays. Lines are often busy but you can leave a message.

  • If the shipping charge on an order shows as $0.00,  we will contact you by email with your actual charges.This can happen when there is too much weight or too many items for the program to handle in real time. It could also mean that the shipping method chosen is not available to the “ship to” address. Example, 2nd Day Air AM is usually only available to commercial locations.

  • If an item has been advertised somewhere on the site offering free shipping then you will not get an email and the order will ship as advertised

Please Also Note:

We will attempt to ship by whatever means you request but understand that we are just the go-between for you and the shipping service you choose. We will use any shipper you choose but we have absolutely no control over their policies and performance. We have found UPS ground and express to be the most reliable shipper but we will use any shipping company you request. We collect the shippers charges for you and transfer those charges to the shipper you have chosen. We then transmit the “ship to” information from your order to the shipper for you. If you have problems with deliveries we will attempt to help you resolve them.

All orders that are refused and returned will be charged the original shipping cost plus any expenses incurred by the return. All orders that cannot be delivered because of customer error and are returned will be charged the original shipping cost plus any expenses incurred by the return. Again, if you have problems with deliveries we will attempt to help you resolve them.
